Do no let the Debt Monster get you...My Sister told me that she is no longer going to send me money for the succeeding months. She said she has to pay for their car and housing loans. I wonder, what her credit score be now? She and her husband both have credit cards, and I am starting to worry that they may not be able to surface above their outstanding liabilities.
When our accounts standing gets to its peak, the irascible debt monster will be awaken and will engulf us alive. But before it gets us to that gruesome scenario, I believe we have to think about debt elimination, which will be achieved first by knowing our needs rather than our wants. Setting and managing our priorities can be one of the keys out the debt prison.
I have not yet been in my sister's situation, but if ever I fell in the deep waters of my financial obligations, I will for sure count on the idea of debt elimination. I will have to paddle consistently to keep my buoyancy... and that is by paying my due bills on time.
