I just removed the floor covering in our living room. There are discolorations caused by some stains and smudges. Those are fruit juice and vitamin syrup spills. It needs more than just a vacuum. It is sometimes annoying, whenever I feed my toddler because she often spits out whatever it is in her mouth, everywhere. I can no longer tolerate the mess my eyes see. Cleaning time!

Dann asked me to give him a hand to carry the rug out. We opted not to send it in a paid laundry service, for it will cost much higher than its price when we purchased it. Impractical right? Instead, we brought it in the front yard. It is spacious enough... We were able to lay the heavy cover wide. Dann scrubbed it gently with a brush and mild detergent soap soaked in water. I spotted him removed strands of hair on it too. I believe those are mine. I am caught in a confusion whether I just keep or roll it on again on the floor.

Rugs are part of my crib's decorations. It complements the colors around. From the curtains to the table cloth, it contributes beauty and symmetry. It blends in perfectly... adding more style and elegance... it is just so right and perfect. Besides, my daughter is prone to accident. She still is flat-footed. I am making it possible to completely prevent her from slipping. Can I? Having Area Rugs on the flooring around the house give me the sense of relief. It has to be there.
