Paris Hilton On Hallmark

Paris Hilton filed a case against Hallmark Cards Inc. for quoting her trademark line "that's hot" on a greeting card. She did sue the company for merchandising the greeting card in public without her consent.

Hilton sues for invasion of privacy, commercial appropriation of her identity, misappropriation of publicity and false designation of origin.Hallmark will be banned if they'd continue to exploit the heiress' name or anything that might resemblance her character and damages are no less $100,000 as per Hilton.
